Before signing up, please read all other tabs in this description (Timelines, Tiers, Grading, etc), the shop policies, and the Monthly Club Overview page as you automatically agree to everything by joining!
Tiers
1) Sprout Tier:
This tier is a great way to get rewards and show support at a low cost!! Only 50 seats are available in it and you will monthly receive an email with:
- A password for the Exclusive Store to shop extras of club pins and other exclusive goods, if available!
- A monthly 20% off code for the non-exclusive store! (usable more than once, but can't be used on club subscriptions themselves!)
2) Seedling Tiers:
These tiers are limited to 40 seats each and include a physical PREORDER!
As a blooming Seedling, you get:
- One monthly discounted exclusive and limited edition pin depending on the variant you picked!
- One monthly freebie sticker depending on the variant you picked!
- All the rewards from the Sprout tier!
3) Rose Tier:
This tier is limited to 30 seats and includes a physical PREORDER!
As a fully bloomed Rose, you get:
- Both monthly discounted exclusive and limited edition pins!
- Both monthly freebie stickers!
- All the rewards from the Sprout tier!
Current Rewards
This month, the theme is "Fanboy": A collection featuring boomboom boy dressed up as favorite heroes! Get the chibi in Seedling One, the non-chibi in Seedling Two, or both (and save >14%) in the Rose tier!
The Seedling One pin features include:
❀ Limited edition and exclusive!
❀ 2 rubber clutches and a back stamp!
❀ Screen printing details!
❀ Hard enamel & gold plating!
❀ Approximately 4 cm tall (relative size to the other pin in the images is not necessarily accurate!)
The Seedling Two pin features include:
❀ Limited edition and exclusive!
❀ 2 rubber clutches and a back stamp!
❀ Glitter details!
❀ Hard enamel & Black Nickel plating!
❀ Approximately 4.5 cm wide (relative size to the other pin in the images is not necessarily accurate!)
The freebie stickers' sizes are:
❀ Approximately 5 cm tall for Seedling One & 5.5 cm wide for Seedling Two (their relative size to each other in the images is not necessarily accurate!)

Timelines
Here's a simplification of how this works:
- Sign up window: The sign up window for new members each month is ~from 9 PM on the 2nd to 9 PM on the last day of the month, GST.
- Lock-Down: ~9 PM on the last day of the month, GST, we will lock the website to set up the rewards for the next month, and we will leave it closed until ~9 PM on the 2nd, GST, to allow current members to reach out if their auto-renew faced payment issues!

Payments: When you sign up, you will be charged for the current month (GST) immediately, giving you access to the month's rewards!
After that, payments will reoccur on their own every first of the month as long as you're still subscribed - giving you access to the new month's rewards! - Rewards: Digital rewards for all tiers will be immediately emailed upon payment! That's why they are generally not refundable as we can't exactly take them back! Physical rewards, on the other hand, are preorders and they won't ship to you until ~two to four months after your payment!
- Subscription Cancelation: Towards the end of each month, we will reveal the art for the following month on our Instagram page @HibaHudaTeam. Based on it, you can choose to stick around or cancel your subscription before the shop is locked at the end of the month! (Canceling a subscription does not refund or take away rewards you already paid for; it only stops future charges!)
- Pre-Shipping Check in: For tiers with physical rewards, we will email you with pictures of them before we ship them out and give you a time-window (usually ~2 days) to email us back if you have any address changes or wish to refund your pin preorder if you're unhappy with the final result, for example!

This is a preorder listing when it comes to the pins and stickers! Thus, the images provided are a mock-up:
❀ Due to the nature of pin manufacturing, please expect some variations in the final products from the images and between pins, such as but not limited to: the shape and thickness of the lines - the placement and size of clutch posts and stamps - the enamel spaces - the colors - and/or the addition of recessed metal to close small spaces. ❀ Under normal circumstances, refunds of an already-made physical subscription payment are only allowed during a time-window that will be offered via emails before ship-out! kindly ensure the email you enter upon check-out is correct and working and reach out if we have announced on our Instagram story that those emails were sent but you did not receive any. If we notice our email is not going through to you and you did not reach out, we reserve the right to cancel your order after some time; Thank you for understanding. Shipping
Preorder means that the items have not been produced yet, and will not ship immediately.
❀ Estimated ship-out date is two to four months after the design drops if there are no unforeseen delays!
❀ Any items included with a preorder item in the same order will also not ship until the preorder ships. Please see our Shipping Policy here for more information.
