Cancelation of Digital Club Subscription:
Your order confirmation emails have a link to your "Manage Subscription" portal that you can use to cancel your subscriptions. If the links are expired, you can request a fresh one from this page. If the shop is locked, just email us and we'll cancel for you! 🤍

If you've already been charged for a certain month's subscription, then canceling your subscription does not refund that charge or take away that month's rewards. However, it does mean that you will no longer be charged on the following months. 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges of Digital Products:

We have a no refunds, no returns, and no exchange policy for digital items: Once you've made the purchase, it will automatically be emailed to you, so we can't really take it back to cancel your order. Thanks for understanding 🤍

Kindly note that we reserve the right to resolve requests on a case by case basis differently from this policy as we see fit sometimes.
